You understand that:
- Orders will ship as soon as they can. For in-stock items, please allow 2-5 business days. Group-buy (GB) orders are aimed to ship by the date posted on the product page.
- Orders on in-stock items and extras are final sale.
- Modifications to orders must be made promptly. Please reach out within 2 hours of order confirmation, orders that have a shipping label created cannot be modified.
Cancellations and refunds
While a GB is open, you can always submit a request for cancellation. There is a 4% cancellation fee for all orders.
After the GB closes, cancellations or refunds are not allowed. This is because payment is already submitted to the manufactures.
Due to the made-to-order nature of GBs, all sales are final, and no transfers, returns, or exchanges of the items are accepted. If you believe that you have received a defective item, you must notify us within 7 days upon receipt.
GBs can be delayed due to manufacturing errors or unforeseeable problems. Fruitykeeb will communicate with you about the new shipping date and unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds.
After a package leaves my hands and ships, it is up to the courier to deliver the package safely and in a timely manner. I will try to pack each shipment so the products will arrive without harm; unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in shipment.
International shipments will be marked as valued on receipt; they will not be undervalued for customs under any request.
